Space Guidelines

Green Orange Studio has a 2-hour minimum booking.
The studio rental rate is $130 for 2 hours, plus a required $30 studio reset/cleaning fee per paid booking.
Please select the required $30 Studio Reset / Cleaning Fee at checkout. If the fee is missed during booking, it will be invoiced separately and must be paid before the booking is fully confirmed.
The exact studio address is shared only after a confirmed booking.

Bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance. This allows us time to prepare the space and ensure every guest arrives to a clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully reset studio.

Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking time.
Because the studio is reserved specifically for your session, cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund or credit.
We understand that life happens, and we will always do our best to communicate with care and fairness while also protecting the preparation time, availability, and flow of the studio.

Your reserved booking time includes your full use of the studio, including setup, session time, breakdown, cleanup, gathering personal belongings, and departure.
Please plan accordingly so you are fully finished and out of the studio by the end of your reserved booking window.
Overtime may be charged if you or your guests remain in the space beyond your scheduled booking time.

Green Orange Studio allows up to 10 people maximum per booking, unless approved in advance.
This includes the creator, photographer, client, models, assistants, stylists, makeup artists, guests, and anyone else entering the studio during the reserved time.
To keep the space comfortable, peaceful, and easy to reset between bookings, unapproved guests beyond the 10-person maximum are not allowed and may result in additional fees, cancellation of the session, or ending the booking early.

Green Orange Studio is designed to feel peaceful, inspiring, and elevated. Please treat the space with the same care and respect you would bring into a beautifully curated home or creative sanctuary.
Guests are responsible for returning furniture, decor, props, and any moved items to their original placement before leaving.
Please do not drag furniture across floors. If something needs to be moved, lift carefully and return it to its original place before the end of your booking.

The required studio reset/cleaning fee covers a standard reset between bookings. Guests are still responsible for leaving the studio tidy and respectful.
Before leaving, please:
- Remove all personal items.
- Throw away trash.
- Wipe up any spills.
- Return furniture, decor, and props to their original placement.
- Leave surfaces reasonably tidy.
- Make sure all belongings, props, and equipment are removed.
- Report any damage, stains, spills, or broken items immediately.
The studio does not need to be professionally cleaned by guests, but it should be left tidy, respectful, and reasonably close to the condition it was in upon arrival.

Additional fees may apply if the studio is left excessively dirty, stained, damaged, altered, or not returned to its original condition.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Excessive trash or mess.
- Stains on furniture, rugs, linens, walls, or floors.
- Broken or missing items.
- Damage to furniture, decor, props, equipment, walls, doors, or surfaces.
- Failure to return moved items to their original placement.
- Use of prohibited materials.
- Staying beyond the reserved booking time.
- Any damage, overtime, missing items, or excessive cleaning fees will be reviewed after the booking and invoiced if needed.

To protect the space and maintain a peaceful experience for all guests, the following are not allowed:
- Parties or loud events.
- Smoking or vaping.
- Glitter or confetti.
- Open flames.
- Candles or incense unless approved in advance.
- Fog machines or smoke machines unless approved in advance.
- Paint, oils, or messy materials unless approved in advance.
- Nails, screws, or wall-damaging adhesives.
- Illegal activity.
- Disruptive behavior.
- Unapproved large gatherings.
- Moving major furniture without permission.
Please keep music and voices at a respectful level. Green Orange Studio is located in a peaceful North Phoenix setting, and we want to honor the surrounding environment.

Light food and beverages are allowed with care.
Please avoid messy foods, staining drinks, or anything that could damage furniture, rugs, linens, or surfaces. Any spills should be cleaned immediately and reported if staining or damage occurs.
Alcohol is not allowed unless approved in writing before the booking.

Arrival & Access

The exact address and arrival details are shared after your booking is confirmed.
Please arrive at your scheduled time. Early arrival is not guaranteed unless arranged in advance.
If you arrive late, your booking still ends at the original scheduled end time.

Before leaving the studio, please make sure:
- All personal belongings are removed.
- Trash is placed in the proper bin.
- Furniture and decor are returned to their original place.
- Spills are cleaned.
- Lights and equipment are handled as instructed.
- Doors are secured as directed.
- Any damage or concerns are reported.
